Never allow your children to have a blend diet based only on cereal, chicken, macaroni and sweets. In a week’s time you have to provide them with vitamins and fibers, not only with protein and fats. When your children become gradeschoolers, you should encourage them to eat get more proteins from rice, peanut butter, beans and eggs and less from meat.
